Known as FiDi, this neighborhood is located on the southern tip of Manhattan bounded by the West Side Highway on the west, Chambers Streetand City Hall Park on the north, Brooklyn Bridge on the northeast, the East River to the southeast, and South Ferry and the Battery on the south. Narrow streets, cobblestoned streets, walk-ups, luxury high-rises, and glassy buildings make up the architecture of the tip of Manhattan. While FiDi is known as a major commerce hub during the week, you’ll find that weekends and nights are easy going and quiet with peak time around lunch. Close enough to SoHo, Tribeca, and Chinatown and a skip’s throw from Brooklyn.
